In her 30 year career, Kristin Ihle, has focused her attention on the human performance within many businesses. This is true in both her life and profession. Years ago, she was a successful athlete with a Nike sponsorship for running during her collegiate days. Her travels found her on 7 teams representing the USA and two teams that reached championships. Her success as an athlete continued with capturing the Olympic Track and Field trials twice.
As Kristin Ihle grew in her field, she earned her PH.D in Multicultural psychology with a minor degree in Statistics. This brought her into taking on a consulting job with individual athletes and teams through sports psychology.
In her role as President of Avant, Kristin Ihle focuses on organization and teams working with a list of Fortune 500 companies. The entire goal is to teach leaders and team members the importance of excelling and strengthening performance. Further, she’s committed to finding suitable candidates and integrating acquisitions.
Dr. Ihle created technology-enabled products through the research and development department of Avant. She clearly understands the transformative power of technology over the traditional modules. It can turn from a format that was budget and time-sensitive to a more accessible one. In 2017, Avant began apps LUMEN and DEAL as her first two projects. The patent for the LUMEN app is geared toward development in talent and employee growth. It offers engagement in real-time. DEAL means developing employees as leaders. It tests the competence of the employee by helping management steer their careers. The goal for both apps is to speed up the learning curve for employees.
Dr. Ihle also has skills in the international arena. This occurred from her time as a traveled athlete and consulting career connections. She is an accomplished high-class professional consulting with organizations and individuals.
